This bell is hand-built in natural Sand colored stoneware clay and finished in a pale aqua green matte underglaze. Delicate hand-carved Sgraffito lines radiate from the top like rain, adding quiet beauty and subtle texture. A natural jute cord with wooden beads completes the look, ending in a hand-carved ceramic disc — the perfect modern heirloom for your home.

This is not a wind chime — it’s a true bell. The tone is soft and earthy when rung by hand or moved gently by touch.

Top bell size: 4.25" diameter x 2.25" high

Total hanging length: ~19"

Bottom disc pendant: 2" diameter

Materials: stoneware clay, matte underglaze, jute twine, wood and stoneware beads

Finish: Soft Sand tone clay with pale aqua matte underglaze

For indoor use (or covered outdoor areas with twine replacement over time)

Please note my pieces are not intended to be perfectly uniform and symmetrical...it's that random imperfect uniqueness that make each piece so special.

ABOUT THE PROCESS: I design, shape, paint, and glaze all of my ceramics by hand. They are then bisque fired, then dipped or brushed with glaze, and then glazed fired to the appropriate temperature for each food safe glaze type.

Most of my items are small batch or one of a kinds, but if you'd like I can made a special order for you.
